Through this service you can start doing business by issuing a commercial activity license in addition to the safety permit issued by the General Directorate of Civil Defense for all commercial activities approved by the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing.

-Enter the facility record and specify the activity and area.
-Specify the location and fill out the details of the store or cart.
-Pay the fees if the activity is immediate, or send the application to the municipality in the case of non-immediate activities.​

-An external photo of the store, with the store sign highlighted.
-The lease contract, title deed, or investment contract for the site from the municipality or other government agencies.
-Cleaning contract (optional depending on the contract and type of activity).
-Safety equipment invoice.
-Safety equipment invoice or safety report from civil defense for immediate activities.
-A copy of the building permit.
-Interior and exterior photo of the storlling vehicle.
-​Vehicle form for storlling vehicle.​
