A service that allows the visirors to submit a request to correct license data and send it to the licensing supervisor in the municipality/municipality for approval or rejection.

​- Log in to Baladi portal through unified access (Absher).
- Determine the type of owner and applicant.
- Select the building license for which you want to obtain a license to add and modify building components.
- Choosing the designing engineering office (the approved designer) or retrieving it from insurance if there is insurance.
- Choose the supervising engineering office or recover it from insurance.
- Choose a building contractor or recover it from insurance.
-Send the application to the engineering office.
- The engineering office completes the data and prepares the required drawings.
-A payment invoice is issued.
1- After paying the fees, the license will be issued and can be printed.​
