This service allows real estate owners and tenants to issue a Group accommodation license for individuals, as this service contributes to ensuring that collective housing for individuals complies with the health, technical and safety requirements necessary in housing.
Procedures and steps for implementing the service
- Login to Baladi portal through Single Access (Absher).
-Determine the status of the applicant.
- Choose the location of the residence to be licensed from the ma
- Review and acknowledge the conformity of the site requirements requested by the Secretariat in the chosen location.
- Enter the property data and the estimated capacity of the property.
- Choose the engineering office to inspect the housing.
- Choose the type and data of ownership of the property (owner - tenant).
- Attach a copy of the property and a copy of the property lease contract if the housing is rented.
-The visitor acknowledgment of the correctness of all data.
-Send the request.
-The engineering office shall conduct the scouting visit after agreeing on the cost within two working days.
- The license is issued after the housing conforms to the requirements and can be printed through the My Applications and My License icon.
Service implementation requirements
1) The presence of a commercial record in the event that the applicant is a commercial facility.
2) The coordinates of housing to be licensed.
3) Detailed housing data (real estate type, estimated capacity, construction space, number of toilets, number of rooms).
4) Ownership data (ownership deeds data if the property is owned by rental contract data if the property is a rented).
5) Pictures of housing to be licensed.
6) The rental contract version if the property is rented
