Service description

A service that allows the visitor to submit a public complaint to the Al -Qassim region’s secretariat for the services provided and escalate to the first official.

-Submit the request through the service form.

 All information related to the complaint must be entered according to the fields available in the application form, based on the Royal Telegraphic Circular No. 4/b/46638 dated 9/29/1424 and the previous circular, which includes 
No complaint will be accepted or examined unless sufficient information is available And what is documented by its presenter is the text of the circular
