Service description

​It is concerned with receiving the visitor 's inquiries about one of the municipal sector services sent through the available channels (Baladi application / portal or call center) and responding to them by the competent authority in the ministry, with the possibility of enhancing it by consulting the ministry's agency or the customer service department in the relevant Municipal.



-Log in to Baladi  application/portal.
-Choose the “General Inquiries” service.
-Fill out the inquiry form (secretariat/classification --category/main/sub/specialist classification/add inquiry description).
-Attach attachments as needed (Optional).
-Submit an inquiry.
-Receive a notification with the inquiry number to continue.

- Register in Baladi application/portal.
-Provide a valid mobile number for the visitor  to receive notifications.
