-A survey report for the plot of land to be fenced.
- Contracting with an engineering office.
-Pay the service fees.
1) Log in to Baladi portal through unified access (Absher).
2) Select the “Baladi Services” tab.
3) Choose “vacant land fencing license”.
4) Review the instructions and confirm the accuracy of the information.
5) Choose “Issuing a vacant land fencing license service.”
6) Verify mobile number.
7) Determine the type of owner and applicant.
8) Select the cadastral decision for which a fencing license is to be obtained.
9) In the event that there is a cadastral decision, the cadastral decision for which a fence is to be extracted is selected.
10) In the absence of a surveying decision, the engineering office can issue the surveying decision and then issue the license.
11) Choose the engineering office.
12) Send the application to the engineering office.
13) The engineering office prepares the required designs and plans.
14) A payment invoice is issued.
15) After paying the fees, the license will be issued and can be printed.
