Technical support
A service provided to service agencies at the Kingdom level, such as telecommunications, electricity and water companies, allows those who represent them within the project coordination offices to apply for a set of excavations in one of the facilities projects within the cities with the rest of the parties in preparation for issuing a later digging permit for each fossil (drilling in advance coordination).
Procedures and steps for implementing the service
-The representative of the service entity fills out and sends a request for coordinating multiple excavations after logging in to the Baladi platform,
-ensuring the validity of all data
, -reviewing the service requirements, acknowledging that they have read and adhering to them.
-The request is automatically published to all concerned authorities (coordination and accreditation bodies) and they are notified of the existence of an incoming request that must be reported within a specific coordination period
.-Once the request is accepted, a multiple excavation coordination report is issued and the applicant is notified, and he can print the report.
Service implementation requirements
-The service entity must identify its representatives within the Infrastructure Projects Coordination Office (users are defined and powers are linked electronically).
-The service entity must sign a service level agreement with the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing.
-The service entity must prepare geographical plans (Shape File) For the paths of all excavations required to be coordinated.
-The service entity must prepare a security and safety plan for the site, and the plan must be compatible with the security and safety requirements contained in the Traffic Control Means Manual.
-The service entity must prepare a traffic control plan in the event of a need to close a street, and the plan must be compatible with Traffic Control Manual issued by the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing.
-Sometimes the service entity must prepare a preliminary analysis of the expected impacts on the road.
-A request for multiple coordination must be submitted before work begins on the nearest planned excavation, sufficient to allow dissemination of the request to all concerned parties and coordination among them.
-The service entity submitting the request is obligated to review the application and confirm the accuracy of its data before sending it.
