The process of restoring the building to its previous good condition through technical repair to treat  one or more defects in the building with the aim of sustaining it, without adding a new component or changing the building’s structural elements.

-Login to Baladi portal through unified access (Absher).
-Determine the type of owner and applicant.
-Choose the building permit or surveying decision for which a restoration license is to be obtained.
-Choose the engineering office.
-Pledge to remove the rubble.
-Send the request to the engineering office.
-The engineering office completes the data and prepares the required drawings.
-A payment invoice is issued.
-After paying the fees, the license will be issued and can be printed.​
-Having a building license. 
-Contracting with an engineering office.
-Payment o​f service fees.
