This service allows real estate owners and employees. Renewing the Group housing license for individuals, and enhancing the continuity and quality of housing.

1) Log in to Baladi portal through unified access (Absher).
2) Determine the status of the applicant.
3) Choose the license you want to renew from the list of associated licenses.
4) Review and approve compliance with the site requirements requested by the Secretariat at the chosen site.
5) Enter the property data and the estimated capacity and choose the engineering office for housing inspection.
6) Choose the type and property ownership information (owner - tenant).
7) Attach a copy of the property and a copy of the property’s lease contract if the residence is rented.
8) The beneficiary acknowledges the accuracy of all data.
9) Submit the request.
10) The engineering office will conduct a scouting visit after agreeing on the cost within two working days.
11) The license is renewed after the residence complies with the requirements and can be printed through the My Applications and Licenses icon.​
