-Enter the mobile number associated with the (Absher) platform.
-Choose the status of the applicant.
-Choose the cadastral decision or enter the electronic instrument data.
-Select the engineering office to be delegated.
-Attach the required attachments.
-Issuing a survey decision whose purpose is (land division) or a survey decision whose purpose is (land consolidation).
-A valid electronic instrument updated by the Ministry of Justice.
- Contracting with an engineering office.
-Retail plan (residential land retail service).​
