-Login to Baladi portal through unified access (Absher).
-Determine the type of owner and applicant.
-Choose the building permit or surveying decision for which a -demolition permit is to be obtained.
-Choose the engineering office.
-Declaring that the building is free of humans and animals during the demolition process.
-Send the request to the engineering office.
-The engineering office completes the data and prepares the required drawings.
A- payment invoice is issued.
-After paying the fees, the license will be issued and can be printed.​

-Contracting with an engineering office.
-Payment of service fees.
-Having a building permit
