This service allows submitting a request to issue a building permit or fencing license.

- Choose the type of license (construction license - fencing license
- Identify the owner and the applicant.
-Choosing the cadastral decision for which a building or fencing license is to be obtained​
- decision for ​which a building or fencing license is to be obtained.
- Fill out the required data to be sent to the engineering office.
-After paying the fees, the license is issued and can be printed.​
1) An updated electronic instrument from the Ministry of Justice, a housing contract, or an investment contract.
2) The existence of a cadastral decision (for the purpose of building).
3) Contracting with a designer engineering office.
4) Contracting with a supervising engineering office and contractor Building, insurance against hidden defects of the building after issuance of the permit.
5) Payment of service fees.
