Log in via the National Single Sign-On Service (Nafath) platform.
Access the Request a Meeting with an Official form.
Select the relevant department and administration based on the subject matter.
Submit the request to Customer Service.
The request is reviewed by Customer Service to assess the necessity of the meeting.
Customer Service approves or rejects the request.
A notification is sent to the beneficiary regarding the request status.
